Category IV aircraft are available to pilots with over 500 hours with Trans World Virtual Airlines, starting with the Senior Captain.

Representing the ETOPS certified transoceanic aircraft, the Category III turbojets are the jewels of the TWVA system. If you are going to fly overseas, you'll be flying one of these heavies.
